CONSERVATIVES MAKE A LOT OF NOISE ABOUT PROTECTING CHILDREN from hypothetical risks of drag queens and trans folk trying to use the bathroom. (They’re a little short on examples though)
But publish an actual risk and they’re screaming to the rafters; “Lib’ruls wanna take away our gas stovessss!”
If there’s an actual, measured, calculable risk to your kids, do you want to know about it? Or not?
(We have cut back on the use of our gas stove by using an electric cooktop. Better than nothing I suppose.)
