We watched DreamWorks’ Puss In Boots today, and it was a lot of fun.
If you enjoyed the kitty’s appearance in Shrek, there’s a good chance you’ll like his feature film. It’s got fairy-tale characters as you’ve never seen them; Jack & Jill are violent low-lifes, Humpty-Dumpty an untrustworthy schemer, and Jack was in prison for killing the beanstalk giant.
It isn’t ground-breaking cinema like Rango but definitely popcorn-worthy. Which is good, because we did have popcorn!
